This year, on Friday, April 21, 2017, we are combining our Earth Day celebration with Customer Appreciation Day. Please join us at our Roseville scrap metal, Livonia scrap metal, Port Huron scrap yard, and Ann Arbor scrap metal locations so we can extend our appreciation properly, in person, with some delicious treats and kind words.
Donuts, Dogs, and Gratitude for GLR Customers on Earth Day
If you have never visited the GLR headquarters because one of our representatives has always visited you on-site, April 21 is the perfect opportunity to put faces with names and see our operation in action. Our in-house recycling program at each of our scrap yard facilities throughout Michigan operates on a “greener” level as we aim to minimize waste production wherever possible.
If you’re free in the morning, enjoy a donut on us. We will be offering these tasty treats starting at 8:00 a.m., accompanied by your choice of coffee, juice, or water. Have time at lunch? The hot dogs will be on the grill, accompanied by chips & soda.
Morning or afternoon, it will be our pleasure to get to know you better, whether we are talking business sense or figuring out how to explain recycling and the environment to your children. After all, GLR began as a family business and remains one – and we consider you part of our extended family.
